The Green Globe Artichoke seeds is a great heirloom artichoke to grow from seeds. This heirloom variety will get to be three to four feet tall the first year they will get small buds on them about 2" to 3" and then after that the plants will get buds 4" to 6" and be very good to eat and tender before the flower. These are very neat to have in your landscape also when they flower. These grow best in zone 4-8 and produce 4 to 6 heads per plant.
