If you are not happy with the item within 30 days of receiving the item, please contact us at gardenstarts@hotmail.com the item can be returned to us, buyer pays return shipping cost and ships it back protected like we shipped it. If we receive it in good shape will refund you minus shipping cost. There are many ways to start seeds and many factors in starting them. If USPS scans a item showing delivered we are not held liable for you saying you didn't receive the item. You need to contact your post office and see why they scanned it. Please store seeds right if you are buying them early in the season to plant later please do your research on this. We are not held liable for this. We cannot control what happens after we ship it out to you.
