We try to ship in 1 to 2 business days if not sooner US shipping is $5.00 for the first item and all others added to your cart will ship for free. Spend $35 or more and get free shipping in the US all items are shipped with tracking and shipped in a bubble envelope to protect them from getting smashed in shipment or a box for larger orders. Canada shipping starts at $16.95 USD see bottom of page for more details. If we ship to Canada we are not responsible for custom or duty fees. We cannot control what they do items may be tracked or may not as we are not the ones that scan the package.  If it shows scan showing delivered we are not held liable for you saying you didn't receive the item. You need to contact your post office and see why they scanned it. We cannot control what happens after we ship it out to you. We cannot control customs if they put on a fee this is up to the buyer to pay. Please be sure your address is correct we will not be held responsible if shipping address is not right this is up to the buyer to make sure it is right before checkout. We are not responsible for custom or import fees please be aware of your countries laws before buying. When we ship to Canada it leaves us and goes to a USPS distribution center in California and then up to Canada you will be able to track it. Sorry we cannot control this
